A judge in New York has rejected an effort by President Donald Trump's brother to stop the publication of a tell-all book by the president's niece, Mary Trump, according to reports on Thursday. The book, which Trump has said his niece is "not allowed" to write, is scheduled to be published on July 28. Justice Peter Kelly wrote that the Queens Surrogate's Court in New York was not the proper forum for the fight over the book, reported the New York Daily News.
