PRINCETON — The Friends of the Princeton Public Library are going to trial a couple days of shopping, by appointment only, in its book sale area at the library. Shopping days will be Saturday, July 25, and Saturday, Aug. 1, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Customers must wear a mask and will be limited to 30 minutes. Shopping will be in the Friends’ sale room at the back of the library. Shoppers will have access to all hardcover books, children’s books and the young adult section. In addition to this selection, there will be three tables of assorted paperbacks for shoppers. Puzzles, CDs and DVDs will not be available for purchase. Parking will be available by driving along the west side of the library, past the book drop, to the back of the building. Note: This is not a handicapped accessible entrance.

Friends of the Princeton Public Library is also accepting book donations. By appointment only, call 815-876-6062. Donations may be dropped off at the back of the building on Wednesday, July 29, and Wednesday, Aug. 5, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and 3-6 p.m. Masks must be worn. Note: This is not a handicapped accessible entrance.
