Family Service Association of Redlands is launching a book club, with meetings to be held online via Zoom.
The group will read and discuss “Year of Yes: How to Dance it Out, Stand in the Sun and Be Your Own Person” by television producer Shonda Rhimes, published in 2015.
Meeting dates are Sept. 3, 17 and 24.
The book club is free and those who register may stop by the Family Service office to receive a free copy of the book, according to a news release.
To register, go to www.redlandsfamilyservice.org/workshops-classes/. An email with the Zoom meeting link will be sent after registration.
Leading the book discussion will be Patience Boudreaux, a planned giving officer at Loma Linda University Health who has also worked in fundraising at the University of Redlands and Pomona College, according to the news release. She has been active in the Junior League of Riverside, where she helped start a book club for members.
Family Service Association of Redlands is at 612 Lawton St., Redlands. Office hours are 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
