Two troopers helped save an infant who stopped breathing at a home in Clifton Park, State Police said.
Troopers Kyle Conlon and Matthew Rufa were summoned to the home recently to answer a call that a child was unresponsive and not breathing.
Conlon and Rufa tried to clear the 2-month-old's airway and began CPR. They were helped by deputies from the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office.
When paramedics arrived on the scene, they used an automated external defibrillator on the baby. The child became responsive and was taken to Albany Medical Center Hospital.
State Police said the infant is expected to be OK.
